Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen team, craft exceptional dishes, and contribute to our restaurant's growth and success.

Salary

Starting at $75,000 per annum, with potential increases and profit-sharing opportunities based on performance and experience. Future visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
2. Develop and refine our menu, introducing innovative dishes that honor traditional Indian flavors.
3. Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control without compromising quality.
4. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Indian cuisine.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
