Job Position: Hydraulink Service Technician Job in  Western Australia (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Company: Konnecting
Salary: $40.00 to 50.00 per hour.
Location: Perth, WA,Australia

Position Objective:

To manage the hose assembly, removal and install facility on the allocated mine site. To manage the hose shed/container inventory to ensure minimal out of stock items. Assist client in
repairs and breakdowns to minimise down time of MEM equipment and machinery.

Position Style:
Sense of urgency, solid technical expertise, well presented, reliable, safety conscious, a business builder and able to manage multiple priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations & safety

• Provide a high-quality hose and fittings service to customers
• Maintain all hydraulic hose and fittings for mine site MEM equipment
• Attend breakdowns to complete repair work when required
• Identify and rebuild hose assemblies
• Complete hose audits including identifying potential weaknesses and change out hoses where required
• Complete equipment pre-starts as required
• General upkeep and housekeeping of all equipment
• Manage inventory levels to ensure client needs can be met
• Manage the periodic offsite Stocktakes at Mine sites as required.
• Conduct Take 5’s, JSA's as required and become a WH&S champion keeping yourself and others safe at all
• times
• Report all incidents / near misses in line with client and company's policies 
  

Team

• Work effectively within a team environment
• Provide support to other HSTs as needed (technical / operational)
• Attend and contribute to Team meetings, toolbox talks and general company meetings or conferences as
• required

• Adhere to all company's and client policies and procedures
• Exhibit and adhere to company DNA / Values
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a satisfactory standard.
• Complete any other reasonable tasks as required by your Manager and site supervisor
