** Visa Sponsorship Available for a qualified candidate who has 1) ECT qualification in Australia **

We are currently seeking ECT who are passionate about early childhood education and care.

Sponsorship visa will be also available if you are qualified & experienced in Australia, and meet the eligibility.

As an Educational Leader:

• Experience as an Educational Leader is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
• Recognised Early Childhood Qualification (Bachelor of Teaching)
• Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
• Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Strong understanding of childcare compliance
• Current First Aid and CPR Training
• Child Protection Certificate
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Room Leader Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
• Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• ECT Qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
