The Rose hotel relaxed, casual and modern whilst paying tribute to its past and once again finds itself as one of the most unique country pubs in Australia. Casual front-bar, family restaurant serving modern pub-grub, function rooms.
The Position
The Rose hotel is seeking Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands:
- The applicant must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
- A pro-active, positive and energetic attitude.
- Passion for preparing and cooking high quality foods.
- Ability to work in high volume restaurant.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining superior product standards
- Reducing food wastage
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness
- Adhering to food hygiene standards
- Daily kitchen operations and preparation
