motel vibe. Offering a cool and calming escape for guests staying for
both business and pleasure, the new Hedland Hotel brings back nostalgia
of life in the 50’s when life was nothing but breezy. Perched just
metres from the beach, the Hedland Hotel is the cornerstone of the
community with locals gathering to catch the sunset with a sundowner at
the hotel’s bar. The hotel’s bar and restaurant, Rays, features an array
of Southern Californian dishes that will make tastebuds sing — whether
it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The Hedland Hotel is part of
the Prendiville Group portfolio of properties. RAYS a newly refurbished
F&B space has a casual or full-time position for a Cook/Chef with
experience in high volume a la carte kitchens. Some familiarity with
fryer, grill (steaks), pans or hand stretched pizza preferred.
