Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable virtual assistant to support our American Express (Amex) customers remotely. The virtual assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks related to Amex services.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting customers with account management, payment processing, and dispute resolution
- Providing information about Amex products, services, and promotions
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Familiarity with Amex products and services is preferred
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
