Job Position: Aircon Technician
Location: Cavite, Philippines
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircon Technician to join our team in Cavite.
As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that our customers enjoy optimal performance and energy efficiency from their air conditioning units.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions.
- Clean and replace filters, coils, and other components to improve system performance.- Recharge refrigerant levels as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex system problems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or similar role.
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring diagrams and ability to read technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment if required.
