A progressive operation is seeking someone who is willing to learn new or develop their skills on a mixed farming property.

Due to the flexibility of the operation, this position will suit someone who is looking to build on basic skills they currently have or someone who already has experience on the property and is looking to develop their skills further.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Undertake tasks such as animal husbandry, rotational grazing, stock rotations, and basic infrastructure maintenance.

Continuous training and upskilling are available for passionate candidates wanting to develop their careers in the agricultural industry.

Remuneration will be negotiated to reflect skills and experience, with the package including accommodation (with 1ha paddock) + dog food + meat allowance + education allowance.

The role is located 20 minutes outside of Casterton, VIC, which has primary and secondary schooling, sporting clubs, and various shopping centers within its township.
