CVS Kidney Care is looking for a full-time remote writer to support its product and service plans. The content development manager will support the writing and creative ideas of various projects and plans in the marketing and communication of CVS Kidney Care. As part of a growing team, we will rely on this person’s creative expertise to bring our new brand voice to various audiences including consumers, clinical and B2B.
The content development manager must have a strong combination to show how great ideas are realized in multi-channel events. Must have knowledge of video, web, and print production, as well as experience in digital media, print media, and long-form B2B and B2C communications (such as white papers, presentations, and articles). Excellent title and title writing and interview skills are a plus.
Excellent technical skills are also necessary: first-rate writing and editing skills, including correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar knowledge. Experience in organizations that value great creativity and big brand experience is a plus.
Operating in an entrepreneurial environment-flexibility and comfort in the midst of uncertainty will be necessary conditions for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Worked as healthcare or clinical writer in an advertising company, internal creative agency, or internal writer for 3 years.
- The available portfolio is full of examples of how your contributions can help develop breakthrough ideas
- 3 years of advanced experience using Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 1 year of video concept and production knowledge
Preferred:
- Experience in managed care, health insurance or kidney care
- Adobe Creative Suite basics
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
- Must have first-rate writing and editing skills, including correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar knowledge
- Able to generate and support influential creative writing ideas and execution to achieve and comply with the brand vision and brand standards, while ensuring consistency
- Well organized, able to exchange ideas and formulate strategies
- Able to understand marketing briefs and convert input into ideas
- Must be able to work independently and closely with internal and external colleagues, suppliers, and partners
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment
- Ability to collaborate and collaborate with in-house designers to bring the concept to life.
